Changing your mind
For a standard, non-personalised item, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Email contact@kenziart.ma with your order reference. The item must be undamaged, include its accessories and be protected for transport.
Custom sizes and personalised pieces
Pieces made to your individual specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind returns as permitted by applicable law. This does not remove your rights if an item is defective or does not match the order.
Refunds and costs
After receiving and checking the return, we arrange a refund within a maximum of 15 days. Return costs for a change of mind are your responsibility; for a confirmed defect or preparation error, we cover the solution agreed with you.
