What if I change my mind?

For a standard piece, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery under our returns policy. Personalised and made-to-measure work has specific conditions; please read them before ordering.

Photograph the parcel, packaging and artwork, then contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and agree the next steps with you.
