Abstract and emotionally charged, a fragmented visage of a person draws the eye of the viewer. One eye of the subject is clear and detailed, creating a focal point amid the surrounding abstraction. The artwork is a blend of smudges, drips, and brushstrokes in a muted palette with accents of bolder color. These colors stand apart from the predominantly gray tones of the artwork. Present throughout the piece is a thin gridlike texture, which adds additional depth.
